Sarah Birkmeyer is recognized as an Actor-Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors. Since her freshman year of college, Sarah has developed a passion for exploring theatrical violence for the stage and its role as an expansion of the performing arts. She continues to expand her knowledge on as many disciplines as possible by taking classes and workshops from a variety of renowned teachers from across the nation. She has also been recognized by KCACTF Region 6 with a Meritorious Achievement for her work as fight captain in Stephen F Austin’s production of The Three Musketeers. Sarah hopes to one day live out her childhood dream of being a swashbuckling pirate.
